Is It Stock Or Tuned?
You can look up the calibration IDs and verification numbers by VIN number on the tis2web. You can use this to determine if your calibration has been modified from the stock GM flash.
1. Copy the VIN number from this screen and go to TIS2WEB This is GM's site for looking up calibration information.
2. Enter the VIN here and click Get CAL ID.
3. Select the module you're working with and click next; in this case we're checking the PCM\ECM.
Compare the calibration part numbers that match up in HPTuners to the CVNs. Any that don't match indicates that the tune has been modified. If it's a bone stock tune all CVNs should match up.
